We were pretty jaded towards real estate agents, but Greg Shank isn't like the others we'd worked with. When the dishwasher wasn't installed in the home we were buying, an hour before settlement, Greg ran to the hardware store to get what we needed to install it. Greg was absolutely wonderful! As first time home-buyers, we were nervous and had so many questions. Greg was patient, responsive and very knowledgeable. We communicated over the phone, through e-mail, and met in person for many home viewings. He was supportive and encouraging without being pushy, as I've heard other realtors can be.
